The Valkyrie Calling Summer Camp

The Valkyrie Initiative is a 5-day summer program organized by former program directors of the Unsung Hero Clinic. The program aims to build confidence, community, and love for the game both on and off the ice. Focusing on developing a strong network of young women and fostering greater female involvement and opportunities in the ice hockey community. A percentage of all programs will be sponsored by local businesses and patrons to ensure quality training and opportunities for all participants. Additionally, all proceeds from the camp will be directed towards programming that provides financial support for girls and women seeking to join club hockey teams, pay for coaching and referee certifications, purchase equipment, and fund future events.
